We are pleased to have Vanessa Mullally as Transaction Coordinator for our team. Vanessa’s dedication and organization skills will insure that your transactions go smoothly.
Vanessa has been with CBBOV six years and working as a transaction coordinator for 2.5 years. Properties have ranged from condos to multi-million dollar residential and commercial properties throughout Napa County and beyond. Escrow timelines range from 5 days to 3 years. She’s known to be responsive, organized and attentive to detail.
She was an IT Director at Napa Valley College (NVC) for many years, a computer programmer/analyst at NVC and Standard Oil, a math and computer science instructor at NVC, and a crime analyst for the City of Napa. Past volunteer work includes volunteer tax reporting for COPE Family Services and a private school in Napa.
Vanessa has been able to use her information technology and data-driven background in her transaction coordinator role by adopting new technology tools and systems in order to convert paper processes to electronic, communicating via email, streamlining workflow, prioritizing and multi-tasking. She enjoys sharing best practices and ?tips she picks up with those around her which satisfies the teacher in her.
She enjoys walks and hikes with her husband and two dogs, cycling to downtown Napa, attending music events and of course, spending time with family.
Vanessa came to the Napa Valley from Sonoma County at age 9. She attended Mills College in Oakland and lived briefly in Contra Costa County and Washington state but she loves the size and beauty of the Napa Valley. Her parents are still here and it is ‘home.’ Vanessa’s husband Mike works in sales support for YP. Her three children and three grandchildren all live in California. Her youngest son is on active military duty with the Marines as a helicopter mechanic.
